The preferred communications for Logging On and Off is VHF Ch 72 or Tel (08) 9527 9988.
Marine Rescue Rockingham also monitors the following communications for distress calls:
VHF: Channels 16, 72, 73, 81, 82
27MHz: Channels 88 and 90
24hr emergency telephone (08) 9528 2222
Radio Operators will be in the tower during the following periods:
Summer
September to April inclusive.
Monday to Thursday: 0600 – 1800
Friday to Saturday: 0600 – 1800
Sundays when Monday is a Public holiday – 0600 to 1800
Winter
May to August Inclusive
7 days a week 0600 – 1800
