The preferred communications for Logging On and Off is the Deckee App, VHF Ch 74 or Tel (08) 9527 9988.
Marine Rescue Rockingham also monitors VHF Ch 16 for distress calls:

Radio Operators will be in the tower during the following periods:
Summer
September to April inclusive.
Monday to Thursday: 0600 – 1800
Friday to Saturday: 0600 – 1800
Sundays when Monday is a Public holiday – 0600 to 1800
Winter
May to August Inclusive
7 days a week 0700 – 1700
